Geely Sweden Holdings AB (GSHAB) is a holding company. We own shares in a portfolio of companies and oversee these investments for the benefit of the shareholders. The companies in GSHAB’s portfolio are based in the Nordic region and are currently in the automotive and finance sectors.
GSHAB’s ultimate owner is Zhejiang Geely Holding, one of China’s leading privately-held industrial conglomerates.
GSHAB works to find synergies, to create governance and maximizing the value of the group’s presence in the Nordics. Besides working with the Geely Holding group’s existing assets GSHAB continuously strive to develop the business and contribute to Geely Holdings growing ecosystem of mobility services. Furthermore, competence and centers of excellence in various fields are set up within the holding structure in Sweden to enhance business excellence and best practices for the group.
